Hire-On-Performance
(HOP)
Tired of hiring an employee and incurring all the
mandated costs associated with bringing someone onto
your company payroll only to have them not stay? Let
Jacobson Staffing take that burden and expense away
from you. With our HOP program, you give us a complete
job description, skills required, experience desired,
and other information that you deem helpful in finding
the perfect fit for your opportunity. Let us do the
work to recruit, screen, test and present. Once a
decision is made by your company official that we
have fulfilled your expectations for the position,
the employee will work at your location for 520 hours
(or a predetermined amount of time) through our staffing
company before converting to your company's payroll.
If at anytime during the Hire On Peformance period
you decide that the employee is not the right "fit,"
Jacobson Staffing will end the assignment. We will
guarantee a replacement within 5 business days.
Payroll Service
You screen and select the employees for your position
and refer them to Jacobson Staffing for processing.
We will have the employees complete all paperwork
in order to process their payroll as well as take
them through a thorough safety and company orientation.
We are responsible for all statutory taxes, workers
compensation and unemployment. You are able to payroll
service an employee(s) for short interims or as long
as you need.

Our skill assessments help identify the most qualifed
candidates. We help organizations ensure better hiring
decisions are made as well as assess the training
needs of an existing work force. Which leads to reduced
hiring expense, increased retention and quality improvement.
Whether a standardized skill assessment or a customized
program is required, Jacobson helps build your workforce
for success. We offer the most up-to-date assessment
tools available. Testing can be done remotely via
the internet or in a controlled environment, the choice
is yours.
