$0.91 1/2 per mile for ALL miles
**Fuel Surcharge on loaded miles passed on 100%**

• Free Permits
• Free Qualcomm
• Free Passenger Program, effective first day of employment, ages 5-65

Mileage Variance Pay
Additional pay on top of the base pay for loads under 200 loaded miles.
$0.25 - 0-100 miles
$0.16 - 101-200 miles

Additional Pay

Multiple Stop Pay

• $45 for first stop
• $60 for second stop
• $85 for third stop
• $120 for fourth stop and up

Unload/Load Pay

• $90

Detention Pay

• $35 per hour after the 2nd hour (max $225)

Longevity Pay

• $0.05 per mile annually for 3 years

Safety Bonus

• $0.01 per mile semi-annually (if qualified)

Equipment Deposit

• $1000, $50 deducted weekly

Orientation Pay

• $100, hotel, physical, drug screen, and majority of meals provided
