Pay

1-2 years OTR Experience - $0.34
3+ years OTR Experience - $0.36

Safety Bonus ($0.01/mi for ALL miles - paid semi-annually)

Mileage Variance Pay (Loaded Miles ONLY)
$0.25 - 0-100 miles
$0.16 - 101-200 miles

MVP is applied in addition to the base pay.
