Jacobson Companies believes that, as a concerned global citizen, we have a responsibility within our industry to be a good steward of the environment. This includes pollution reduction and conservation of natural resources in a fiscally responsible manner. To demonstrate our commitment we will:

• Establish and maintain documented targets and objectives to reduce the amount of pollution generated and the amount of natural resources being consumed.
• Regular progress towards those targets and objectives at regular intervals striving for continuous improvement.
• Operate our business in accordance with the environmental laws impacting our industry.
• Communicate to our staff the importance of good environmental stewardship and the role we all play on making a positive impact.
• Make our pledge towards good environmental stewardship available to the public including milestones reached through use of our corporate website.

How we impact the environment is, and will continue to be, important to us. Through the measures outlined above we believe that the activities of Jacobson Companies will continue to be conducted in an environmentally thoughtful manner.
