Company Driver

Pay for Short Haul Drivers

• 1-2 years OTR Experience - $0.36
• 3+ years OTR Experience - $0.38
• Safety Bonus ($0.01/mi for ALL miles - paid semi-annually)
• Mileage Variance Pay (Loaded Miles ONLY)
• Additional $0.25 - 0-100 miles
• Additional $0.16 - 101-200 miles
• MVP is applied in addition to the base pay.

Pay for OTR Drivers

• 1-2 years OTR Experience - $0.34
• 3+ years OTR Experience - $0.36
• Safety Bonus ($0.01/mi for ALL miles - paid semi-annually)
• Mileage Variance Pay (Loaded Miles ONLY)
• Additional $0.25 - 0-100 miles
• Additional $0.16 - 101-200 miles
• MVP is applied in addition to the base pay.

Pay for Out Of Network Drivers

• 1+ years experience - $.32 cpm
• Safety Bonus ($0.01/mi for ALL miles - paid semi-annually)
• Mileage Variance Pay (Loaded Miles ONLY)
• Additional $0.25 - 0-100 miles
• Additional $0.16 - 101-200 miles
• MVP is applied in addition to the base pay.
