Deconsolidation
Jacobson Global Logistics can effectively provide inbound deconsolidation services for consolidated freight arriving to all major U.S. ports. Jacobson operates more than 190 facilities across the U.S. and has the ability to cross dock and organize all orders, so it can get to the marketplace as quickly as possible. Jacobson Global Logistics has the experience and flexibility to break down a container into individual orders to whatever shipping quantity units are needed for our customer's distribution.
We can break down product by destination, PO or SKU. We can also arrange to deliver short-haul and trans-loading services from multiple regional ports to any of our strategically located cross-dock or warehouse facilities. We help our customers reduce container detention charges and other costly delays common to busy ports and inadequate capacity availability.
Our deconsolidation service also provides integrated technology. Receipt processes, warehouse management and scanning are available to give full visibility throughout the deconsolidation process.
